1. 25g Practice Kits:

• Includes smaller portions of alginate and casting stone powders
• Allows you to practice and perfect your technique before creating your final piece

1. Prepare the Mixture: Fill the bucket upto the mark with RO Water and now pour the Aliginate molding powder and stir well.
2. Make the Mold: Submerge your joined hands or baby hand or feet into the molding mixture, and wait for it to set for 3-4 minutes.
3. Cast and Reveal: Pour the casting material into the mold, let it harden for 3-4 hour, and now reveal your cast.

Yes, Gaura hand casting kits is dermatologically tested and is completely safe for your skin.

2. How Long Does It Take to Complete the Casting Process?

The impression process typically takes about 5-10 minute. After few hours it only take another 5-10 minutes for revealing the cast and finishing.

3. How Durable Is the cast?

Our kits use casting stone powder , which is more robust and durable than plaster of Paris. When handled with care, these casts can last for lifetime as a cherished keepsake.

4. How many casts can I make with this kit?

The quantity of casts you can make depends on the size of the object you are casting. Generally, the provided 450 grams of alginate and 1 kilogram of casting stone are sufficient for 4-5 baby casts or two larger casts, such as a couple's hands.

5. Can We Cast Other Body Parts Besides Hands?

While the couple hand casting kit is specifically designed for hands, there are kits available for other body parts, such as faces or torsos. These may require more advanced techniques and additional materials.

6. What should I do if I make a mistake?
